On Thursday 6th June 2024, Women on Boards CIC® met for their inaugural Think Tank at Barclays HQ, Canary Wharf.
This was our first official meeting since the launch in March at The House of Lords.

The conversations were powerful, filled with insights, passion, and a vision for the future.

From the moment we started, Chair Baroness Sandy Verma reinforced the commitment and drive for change by initiating the first question on the systemic barriers faced by women’s representation, participation, and equity in leadership and Board positions across sectors within SMEs and micro-businesses.

The connections were strong, forming a solid foundation of trust and collaboration. Each voice added a unique perspective, enriching our dialogue and sparking innovative progression.

But it wasn’t just about the conversation; it was about the drive for change.
The collective commitment to making a difference was palpable.
